The rule system at this forum consists of Black Marks, which are like strikes. Once you have five (5) Black Marks, you will be banned (you will not be able to post or view the forum) for a day. At six this will be two days, at seven three, etc. As soon as you have ten Black Marks, you will be permanently banned.

The following will result in a warning, or one Black Mark if you already have a warning:

• Multiple posting - posting two or more posts right after each other. Use the edit button to edit your last post.
• Posting multiple topics - posting more than one topic about something.
• Spamming - posting junk.
• Gravedigging - posting in topics over a month old.
• Posting in caps - posting messages or topic titles in all capital letters. If you want to give a message emphasis, make it bold, italics, or underlined.
• Bumping - posting a message just to bump a topic to the top of the topic list.
• Misleading titles - naming a topic something like "Read this" or "Free account" just to get people's attention to something unrelated.
• Disrespecting new people - disrespecting people just because they are new.
• Accusing - accusing people of something without evidence. Text does not count as evidence.
• Begging for items - begging for items like Webkinz accounts, items in the game, or Kinzcash, etc.
• Black Mark complaints - complaining about Black Marks or bans; whether it's in the complaints forum or not.

The following will result in two Black Marks:

• Flaming or discrimination - being mean towards people, because of their skin color, relogion, etc., or for another reason, or no reason at all.
• Advertising - not even in a seperate topic.
• No hijacking - Using someone's topic for your own use, other than what that person intended.
• Referrals - posting links for sites, surveys, or other games that benefit you in some way.
• Begging for ranks - begging to become a moderator or an administrator on this site.
• Selling free items - trying to sell items that are free, like free games or other free items.
• Signature and avatar rules - see below.

The following will result in ten Black Marks (permanent ban):

• Inappropriate items - posting inappropriate pictures, videos, music, or anything else.
• Returning after a ban - coming back under another account name, or using someone else's account, which will also result in that account to be permanently banned.
• Multiple accounts - having more than one account on this forum.
• Sharing accounts - sharing accounts with other people.
• Warez - posting illegally obtained stuff, like entire movies, seasons of a TV show, cracked software, etc.
• Hacking - posting anything related to hacking, including hacking passwords and hacking websites.
• Impersonation - trying to get people to believe that you are a moderator or administrator on this website.
• Selling real items - selling items like MP3 players, game systems, or other items that are not virtual.
• Plagiarism - posting someone else's work without saying who made it.
• Infected files - posting files or links to files that have viruses, trojan horses, keyloggers, malware, or other malicious software.

Signature and Avatar Rules:
[list][*]Inappropriate avatar/signature - you may not put inappropriate things in your avatar or signature.[*]Avatar size - your avatar must be 100 pixels in height and 100 pixels in width or less.[*]Signature size - the height of your signature must be 120 pixels or less. The width doesn't matter.
